Refund and Returns Policy

At Fresh Green Olive, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality food and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our policy below:

1. Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order (e.g., incorrect items, missing items, or quality concerns), please contact us immediately at:

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacing the item(s), issuing a refund, or providing a store credit.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • Your order arrived significantly late (not due to third-party delivery platforms)

  • Food was received in poor condition or spoiled

  • You canceled your order within the allowed time frame

To be eligible for a refund, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may ask for photos or a description of the issue to help us improve and verify the problem.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You did not like the taste or texture (subjective preferences)

  • You provided an incorrect delivery address

  • You failed to pick up your order (for pickup orders)

  • You canceled after the order was already prepared or sent out

4. Third-Party Orders

If you placed your order through a third-party platform (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub), any refund or return request must be handled through that provider’s support service. We do not process refunds for third-party orders directly.

5. Catering & Large Orders

Catering orders must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event are non-refundable due to preparation and staffing costs.
