Refund and Returns Policy

1. Order Issues
If there is a problem with your order (e.g., incorrect items, missing items, or quality concerns), please contact us immediately at:

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacing the item(s), issuing a refund, or providing a store credit.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

The wrong item was delivered

Your order arrived significantly late (not due to third-party delivery platforms)

Food was received in poor condition or spoiled

You canceled your order within the allowed time frame
To be eligible for a refund, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may ask for photos or a description of the issue to help us improve and verify the problem.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

You did not like the taste or texture (subjective preferences)

You provided an incorrect delivery address

You failed to pick up your order (for pickup orders)

You canceled after the order was already prepared or sent out
4. Third-Party Orders
If you placed your order through a third-party platform (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub), any refund or return request must be handled through that provider’s support service. We do not process refunds for third-party orders directly.
5. Catering & Large Orders
Catering orders must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event are non-refundable due to preparation and staffing costs.
